Carrington Booth has been obsessed with real estate since he was a child watching late-night infomercials promising big property investment returns. He bought his first home at 21, and after earning a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech in Housing and Property Management, he leased thousands of apartments in the D.C. Metro Area.

Once in Los Angeles, Carrington’s impeccable communication skills and earnest care for his clients led him to the sales side of real estate, and he quickly began earning a reputation as a hardworking, trustworthy, and honest luxury agent. Respected by colleagues and clients for his straightforward style, Carrington not only takes the time to listen to and understand his clients, he has the negotiation skills to deliver what they want and need. He has assisted everyone from young tech workers to international clients purchasing their first California home.

A native of the D.C. suburbs, Carrington moved to Santa Monica after college and now makes his residence in Downtown L.A., where he spends his free time going to concerts and music festivals and playing in a co-ed kickball league. Also an avid video editor, Carrington’s Tik Tok of The Dog Cafe has 400K+ views and has led to the successful adoption of some of Los Angeles’ homeless dogs!
