Brooke brings a high-tech skill set and targeted expertise to her work. Her career evolved from a transactions coordinator to a sales associate and relationship manager. But after founding a social media and marketing company, real estate was the logical next step in blending the two paths.
With an in-depth knowledge of the lending side of real estate and her media marketing savvy, Brooke transcends the traditional real estate experience to serve clients with state-of-the-art techniques that deliver optimum results for investors, buyers, and sellers. This extensive knowledge also benefits the many developers with whom she works, as she can assist with all aspects of the project, from financing to acquisitions through to the transaction’s close.
Brooke doesn’t believe in doing anything halfway; she knows the finer things in life are attained only through dedication and hard work. She puts maximal effort into every transaction — no matter how big or small — and applies her personal principles of transparency, honesty, integrity, and, above all, quality to every aspect of her client relationships.
In her spare time, Brooke enjoys fitness activities and is a car enthusiast and an animal lover — especially dogs. She fosters rescue dogs and hopes to one day establish a nonprofit animal sanctuary.
